“I was in line for over 40 minutes to check in. When I finally got a key, it was to a room that already had other people's luggage in it and slept in beds. There was no coffee in the morning. Most of the ice and snack machines had signs that stated they were out of order. When I tried to call the front desk to request two additional wash clothes (three occupants, only one wash cloth in the room), there was no answer. I had to go to the front desk to get them. The staff was very polite through...

“The breakfast was delicious. There was a variety to choose from. The air conditioning was wonderful. The pool was open and in good condition. ”

“The pool was not working and was not advertised before we made the booking. The bathroom of the room we stayed in was dirty, the cleanliness of the room was poor overall. Had a hard time getting the room keys to work, I asked the staff several times for replacement but no luck. The morning breakfast included old fruit.”

“The hotel room smelled like the bathroom waa never cleaned. It was also very small. The sink area did not have room for two people. Bathroom was tiny. Room should have been priced accordingly. ”
